$135 Per Team on or before May 21, 2008 postmark
$165 Per Team after May 21, 2008 Postmark
An additional $5.00 will be charged to each U7-U19 player not able to present a current USYS or US Club Soccer Player Pass. This covers player insurance cards. Cards will be required at check-in. If players do not have a current card, they must attach an additional $5.00 per player with team registration fee.
