$135.00 (postmarked by May 21, 2008)
$165.00 per team after May 21, 2008
** An additional $5.00 will be charged to each U7-U19 player not able to present a current USYS or US Club Soccer Player Pass. This covers player insurance cards. Cards will be required at check-in. If players do not have a current card, they must attach an additional $5.00 per player with team registration fee.
Register: To register, pick up your team registration forms at all US Cellular Stores and in the KSHE Lobby (They are not available at Schnucks stores.)

Pre-Game Check-In
You will check-in Saturday at the registration tent. Tent opens at 7:00am. Teams should arrive no later than ONE hour before scheduled game. All players will be required to show proof of age with a valid ID or birth certificate. NO EXECPTIONS!
Prizes
• All U-7 & U-8 players will receive participation awards.
• 1st & 2nd place prizes per player will be awarded in all U-9 and older competitive/recreation divisions
