| 10.23.06 Permission to host forms are available under "Forms/Permits" on this site. If you are a U16 or U18 team you are playing at the Metro United Complex and will need Permission to Travel to Illinois. If you are playing at the Anheuser Busch Conference and Sport Centre, you will need Permission to travel to Missouri. |
