Today: Early sun, then mostly cloudy, breezy and cooler. Temperatures falling into the 50s for most areas, 40s west and southwest.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy and chilly. Lows in the upper 30s.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy, breezy and quite chilly with a few rain and snow showers possible. Highs in the mid 40s.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid 40s.

| GAME ON! We are happy to announce that the Tournament is on. A few games at the Granite City SWIC complex MAY have to be moved because of standing water. We will make that determination today and alert everyone of any changes by email and at registration this evening. Have asafe trip into Collinvsille. |

| We do plan to play this weekend. Here is the most recent forecast (for what it's worth) from Channel 5:
Today: Windy with periods of showers and thunderstorms. Heavy rain and severe storms possible. Highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms diminish. Partly to mostly cloudy. Lows around 50.
Friday: Partly to mostly cloudy, breezy and cooler. Highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy, breezy and quite in the mid 40s.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy to partly sunny. Highs in the low 50s.
You never know, so stay tuned to our web site and this site. I'll try to make updates to both areas. Fields usually drain pretty well, so keep your fingers crossed.

| Well, thanks for applying for this years event. We'll end up with 174 teams which is our LARGEST Spring Classic ever - beating last year by four teams. Best of luck to everyone. |

| If you look at last years results, you'll notice that several age groups are ommitted. We had a rain storm last year on Saturday which caused us to make extensive changes to last years event including dropping a few age groups. 2008 age groups are: Boys U8-U19 and girls U8-U14. THANKS! |
