Dale Schilly has been instrumental in the development of many professional players and countless collegiate players, Metro United Professionals include-Doug Lascody, Chris Loftus, Chris Norbet, Luke Kreamalmayer, Frank Simek, Brian Grazier along with scores of professionals in the ODP like DeMarcus Beasley.

Coach Schilly has International Coaching experience vs. Boca Juniors(2-1), River Plate(2-0), Estudiantes(2-2), Fiorentina(1-1), Juventus(5-1), Celtic United(2-3), Rangers(3-4), Middlesborough(2-0), Lens, Pau, Tolouse, Bayern Munich, Newcastle, Club America, Tahuichi, etc.

John Schneider - Academy Assistant Coach, Age Group Academy Director U8-U10 Boys
John brings a wealth of coaching experience to the Academy. His insights, competitive spirit and people skills make him an integral part of the Academy Program and an outstanding mentor for youth. His experience provides direction for the players. John has coached National Championship teams including SLSC U18 National Championship team that included three pros, John DiRimando, Brian Grazier and David Roth.

Martin Hutton - Academy Goalkeeping Coach
Possessing both National Team and professional experience as an MLS goalkeeper, Martin truly understands what it takes to play at the highest levels and provides the SLSG Metro Academy goalkeepers with an absolutely first class professional training environment. Furthermore, his understandings of the technical and tactical components of the goalkeeping position are second to none in the St. Louis Metro and Southern Illinois area.

Shawn Hewitt - Academy Assistant Coach, Age group Academy Director U10-U12 Boys
An outstanding young coach brings terrific insights into the technical development of the game. Shawn has been involved in coaching youth for a short time but has had a great impact on some very good young players.

Blake Decker - Academy Assistant, Age Group Academy director U13 - U15 Boys
Blake offers a different perspective, coming from Chicago and playing in two very good youth programs, he will be enjoying his third year as a Metro United Staff coach. Coach Decker possesses good technical insights and has a keen eye on how to organize his team. Blake too is an outstanding young coach and rounds out an unparalleled staff.
